Meyrin Cyber Solution Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Meyrin Cyber Solution”) have an internal recruiting team. Meyrin Cyber Solution may occasionally supplement our recruitment efforts with the assistance of staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”).
To protect the interests of all parties, Meyrin Cyber Solution will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Meyrin Cyber Solution, including unsolicited resumes sent to any of Meyrin Cyber Solution mailing addresses, email addresses, directly to Meyrin Cyber Solution coworkers, or to Meyrin Cyber Solution’s database will be considered Meyrin Cyber Solution property. Cyptosec will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. Meyrin Cyber Solution will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
Agency must obtain advance written approval from Meyrin Cyber Solution to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement and assignment letter. Meyrin Cyber Solution will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
